The Early Childhood Teacher – Pre-K role is onsite in Middletown, DE; pay is $17.25–$19 per hour. The teacher leads a Pre-K classroom at Grow and Learn Childcare. The teacher provides care and plans developmentally appropriate learning activities for children ages four and five. The role supports children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through classroom instruction and communication with families.

What you'll do

• Provide basic care and build relationships with families
• plan short- and long-range lessons and activities aligned with curriculum objectives and developmentally appropriate practice
• support licensing documentation and sanitation
• work with assistants and interns to support children's milestones
• update parents at pickup.
