The Bilingual Classroom Assistant role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, at Tierra Encantada’s Brookside center, supporting an infant classroom. The starting pay range is $16.78–$18.46 per hour, and the schedule is Monday–Friday with hours varying by classroom assignment. Tierra Encantada provides Spanish-immersion early education and care for children from six weeks through six years of age.

What you'll do

• Assist teachers, create a welcoming classroom, support play-based learning and curriculum, oversee classroom activities and cleanliness, observe children’s developmental needs, communicate updates to families, and work with teachers and center staff. Spanish fluency is required
• pediatric first aid and CPR certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.
