Workforce Planning Specialist

What you'll do

• Maintain workforce data in Excel, UKG, and other systems
• track craft employees' performance, skills, certifications, and experience
• build relationships with superintendents, project managers, and field leaders
• coordinate employee allocation between projects
• analyze labor reports and utilization
• assist with labor-demand forecasting
• keep qualifications and training records current
• identify ways to improve utilization and reduce downtime
• support planning meetings and provide reports
• maintain accurate records and compliance
• travel to job sites and offices as needed.
