What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety
• document care and observations
• obtain vital signs and weights
• respond to call lights
• complete rounds and reposition residents
• report information to the Charge Nurse
• maintain unit supplies and equipment
• complete required continuing education.
