What you'll do

• Lead collections for outstanding accounts receivable, including follow-up, denials, underpayments, and account resolution
• manage aging claims and collections KPIs
• lead and develop managers, leads, and collectors
• standardize workflows and documentation
• analyze performance data and guide priorities
• partner with Billing, Verifications, Coding, and Operations
• ensure compliance and patient-centered communications.
