The Lead Teacher role is onsite in Avon, IN, with compensation of $17–$19 per hour. Children of America operates preschool and childcare programs serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. The teacher leads classroom instruction using the organization’s Mind and Body Matters curriculum, carries out lesson plans, and helps maintain a safe, positive learning environment. The role supports children’s learning and development through age-appropriate instruction, progress documentation, and communication with families and staff.

What you'll do

• Carry out daily lesson plans

• document and deliver child progress reports using technology

Why this role
