What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work activities while providing direction and coaching to staff.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of electrical power, control, and automation systems.
• Partner with operations and engineering teams to plan repairs and support capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
