What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and lead memory care unit operations in accordance with applicable laws
• partner with the Activities Director on appropriate activities
• design, schedule, and facilitate dementia-appropriate programming incorporating Life Skills
• establish a relationship with a local Alzheimer’s Association chapter or advisory organization
• plan and facilitate monthly family support group meetings
• supervise CNAs in the unit.
