What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• register new and returning patients
• verify demographic, insurance, identification, eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization information
• explain coverage and payment responsibilities
• collect and process payments
• answer calls
• maintain patient privacy
• support regulatory compliance
• prepare reports and statements
• maintain financial records
• process third-party reimbursements when applicable
• support office operations, census reporting, and supply orders.
