Case Manager I / Receptionist

The Case Manager I / Receptionist role is onsite in Fresno, CA. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete patient intake and orientation
• evaluate needs for medical, psychosocial, and psychiatric treatment
• monitor attendance and treatment progress
• advocate for services and obtain resources
• maintain case notes and records
• participate in weekly interdisciplinary meetings
• prepare discharge plans and coordinate post-discharge requirements
• answer phones, greet and check in patients, track attendance, provide admissions materials, collect payments, and support office operations
• travel occasionally during the workday and occasionally overnight.

Why this role
