What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate design-builder construction activities and project scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces. Monitor field work, plans, specifications, budgets, staffing, materials, and milestones
• coordinate with stakeholders and operations
• support design, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover plans
• promote safety, quality, and environmental practices
• report progress
• and review and negotiate potential change-order claims.
