Bilingual Legal Assistant

The Bilingual Legal Assistant works onsite in Kennewick, WA, supporting GLP Attorneys' Eastern Washington legal team. The hourly base pay range is $24–$26, plus bonus eligibility. GLP Attorneys handles personal injury matters and serves clients across the Pacific Northwest. This role provides administrative and operational support that helps the legal team manage client communications, files, appointments, and office operations. English and Spanish fluency enables assistance with Spanish-speaking clients, including translation when needed.

What you'll do

• Set up, scan, and close client files
• communicate with clients and colleagues
• handle correspondence and client account balances
• greet clients, visitors, and vendors
• assist with translation when needed
• maintain an organized office
• schedule appointments and referrals
• handle incoming calls and emails
• perform data entry and filing
• receive, organize, and review mail.
