What you'll do

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects through scoping, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout
• prepare take-offs, budgets, and work orders
• write and manage Xactimate estimates
• coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• communicate with adjusters and clients
• inspect sites and enforce quality standards
• track budgets and resolve field issues
• maintain organized job files.
