Client Support Representative — Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m.

The Client Support Representative role is onsite in Arvada, CO, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; possible overtime and weekends as needed. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. Eurofins Built Environment Testing provides industrial hygiene and indoor air quality testing services to help protect health in built environments. The representative connects clients with laboratory operations and helps ensure samples are received, tracked, and handled accurately. The role supports timely client service and reliable sample processing through communication, documentation, and administrative assistance.

What you'll do

• Manage client communications by phone and email
• receive, verify, and organize samples against chain-of-custody documents
• assist walk-in clients with submissions and service information
• update client and project records in the Tracker LIMS
• coordinate with laboratory and operations staff to resolve inquiries
• process card payments
• provide client supplies
• and assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as needed.
