What you'll do

• Coordinate driver schedules, home-time requests, and availability
• discuss safety, compliance, and service issues
• review driver performance
• conduct at least one driver ride-along per quarter
• monitor hours-of-service updates and dispatch-plan compliance
• coordinate equipment compliance and training
• dispatch drivers and communicate loads
• plan schedules and backhauls
• coordinate tank-wash assignments and completion
• communicate service issues proactively.
