The Cement Production Supervisor role is an onsite position based in Birmingham, AL. Compensation is provided in the range of $77,180.00 to $102,900.00 per year, and this role supports the cement manufacturing operations of Heidelberg Materials. This role exists to lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives. The supervisor is responsible for coordinating plant resources, monitoring production processes, coaching team members, and collaborating with leadership to meet business goals.
