The Mental Health Therapist role offers a hybrid arrangement, with in-person services in the Pittsburgh area and virtual sessions conducted from a home office while physically located in the United States. Compensation is $83–$143 per hour for a master’s-level license or $113–$143 per hour for a doctoral-level license for in-person sessions; virtual rates are $80–$140 per hour for master’s-level and $110–$140 per hour for doctoral-level licenses. Octave’s behavioral health practice provides evidence-based therapy and works to make care more accessible and affordable. The therapist provides short-term, evidence-based care to adult clients experiencing concerns such as stress, depression, or anxiety. The role develops individualized treatment and supports access to care through a mix of in-person and virtual services.
