The attorney manages assigned litigation matters, drafts and files pleadings, represents clients at hearings and other proceedings, and negotiates resolutions. The role advances client interests while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, court procedures, and firm and client standards.

What you'll do

• Communicate with team members and outside parties
• draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• review case files and determine appropriate action
• represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• develop case strategy
• negotiate settlements
• assess case merits and risks
• maintain compliance
• travel to courtrooms within the branch footprint as required.
