Maintenance Technician — Legacy Village

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Legacy Village in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. Pay is $25–$27 per hour, with quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service. The role supports the resident living experience at a 212-unit community. The technician handles general upkeep, resident work requests, apartment make-readies, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The work helps keep the property safe, well-maintained, and ready for residents, including through a rotating on-call schedule for urgent issues.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident work requests and day-to-day maintenance needs
• maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
• identify safety and upkeep issues
• complete apartment make-readies, repairs, and final checks
• provide emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule
• follow industry safety procedures
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances.
