What you'll do

• Provide customer support by email and phone, answer questions about deductions, garnishments, and payroll software, research challenging issues, and help clients integrate and use the software.
• Guide clients on payroll processing, tax liabilities, and benefit deductions while troubleshooting software issues and managing multiple inquiries.
