The team member supports the Head Coach and Community Manager with front desk, administrative, and sales work. By assisting clients, managing class and account requests, maintaining studio readiness, and following up on sales leads, the role contributes to a positive client experience and studio operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products and promotions
• set up accounts and manage class bookings
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists for sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• recognize client milestones.
