What you'll do

• Greet patients
• answer phone calls
• schedule new and returning patients and maintain records
• verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• track therapist visit counts and authorizations
• collect payments and explain clinic policies
• prepare, file, and maintain patient charts
• make appointment reminder calls
• assist with light cleaning and occasional aide work as assigned.
