What you'll do

• Lead one or two patrol teams in daily operations
• hold staff accountable to company and patrol standards
• provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations
• support accident investigation readiness
• assist with event planning, hiring paperwork, training, and scheduling
• track patroller development and certifications
• maintain patrol procedures and training tools
• communicate team performance and goals
• participate in patrol operations as needed.
