What you'll do

• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate, safe environment
• collaborate with the Program Manager or Director on program vision and workplace environment
• assist with planning and implementing individual programming
• assist with staffing and other program management needs
• attend the two-week paid orientation in Rutland, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
• obtain MAPS certification within six months if not already certified.
