What you'll do

• Conduct recruitment and awareness activities
• develop recruitment plans and candidate pipelines
• respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• support general, targeted, and child-specific recruitment and marketing
• follow licensing requirements
• complete certification documentation
• conduct parent interviews, background clearances, and home inspections
• maintain compliant files
• assist with youth and foster parent matching
• support treatment team members and youth safety.
