What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial, risk, and diagnostic assessments
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning
• communicate with authorized providers
• maintain clinical documentation and participate in team meetings, supervision, and quality improvement.
