Operations Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily deployments between Field Agents and Piloting teams
• monitor live operations and resolve or escalate issues
• reinforce standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality measures
• open or close depots according to the scheduled shift
• track and report operational metrics
• implement processes as directed
• assist the Senior Operations Supervisor with resource and workload decisions
• support onboarding and training
• and provide ad hoc operational support.
