What you'll do

• Develop and lead a meaningful resident activities program
• create programming for varied ages, abilities, and interests
• incorporate residents’ hobbies and preferences
• plan group and individual activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, physical engagement, and emotional well-being
• organize events, outings, entertainment, games, and community activities
• encourage participation while respecting individual preferences
• collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and other departments
• build relationships with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
