What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent, non-emergent conditions across the lifespan
• perform standard urgent care procedures
• order and interpret diagnostic tests
• stabilize and transfer patients when necessary
• maintain compliant documentation and discharge education
• mentor and onboard providers
• reinforce clinical standards
• identify and escalate performance gaps
• collaborate on staffing, schedule reviews, and coverage planning
• support quality assurance and chart review.
