This senior position leads sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing strategy so materials and suppliers meet cost, schedule, quality, and technical objectives. It works across Operations, Engineering, Programs, and Finance to manage supply risk, improve supplier performance, and support product development and production.

What you'll do

• Set sourcing and supply chain strategies
• manage supplier selection, negotiation, contracts, and performance
• develop supplier risk mitigation plans
• coordinate purchasing and build planning
• monitor quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness
• support supplier qualification and corrective actions
• ensure material availability
• drive cost reduction and process improvements
• support new product introduction, bids, and proposals
• mentor supply chain staff
• analyze total cost of ownership and support make-or-buy decisions.

Why this role
