What you'll do

• Manage a caseload in accordance with FFT model requirements
• maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical files
• complete assessments and notes
• attend meetings and training
• schedule home visits and submit itineraries
• follow in-home safety procedures
• maintain partnerships and documentation
• provide 24/7 phone support during family crises
• travel 25–50% of the time.
