What you'll do

• Prospect, build, and close a personal pipeline of new clients
• serve as primary contact for select existing clients and identify expansion opportunities
• sell custom software development, mobile and web apps, and managed services
• position the Guadalajara nearshore delivery team
• partner with delivery and technical leads to scope projects, estimate work, and prepare proposals and SOWs
• maintain and report on pipeline, forecasts, and deal activity
• build regional presence through industry events, business groups, and referral partners
• meet or exceed quarterly and annual new revenue targets.
