What you'll do

• Oversee daily branch operations, sales, and service culture
• lead the team to meet sales and service goals while following regulations and credit union policies
• assign work and exercise staffing and performance management responsibilities
• interview, hire, train, coach, and motivate staff
• monitor transactions, errors, loan volume, sales, and new accounts
• develop community relationships and grow the branch’s book of business
• resolve member issues and complaints
• provide coverage for teller and member service duties
• ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
