What you'll do

• Support propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, and harvest
• assist with transplanting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, integrated pest management, cloning, and propagation
• maintain environmental conditions, cleanliness, and sanitation
• operate cultivation equipment and systems safely
• harvest plants according to production schedules and compliance requirements
• monitor drying rooms
• weigh and record yields and production metrics
• assist with inventory and waste tracking
• maintain cultivation, inventory, harvest, and treatment records
• follow state regulations, company policies, seed-to-sale tracking requirements, and safety standards.
