The Corporate Controller is hybrid or remote eligible, with the role based around the Lake Mary, FL office; candidates within commuting distance are preferred for regular in-person collaboration. The controller leads corporate accounting, reporting, consolidation, compliance, and financial planning activities to ensure reliable results and useful business insights. The role oversees the monthly close, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, finance data governance, and a team of three finance and accounting professionals while partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders.

What you'll do

• Lead monthly close and financial statement preparation
• oversee reconciliations, accruals, consolidations, and estimates
• deliver executive, board, lender, and management reporting
• maintain accounting policies, controls, and compliance
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• develop dashboards and KPI reporting
• manage CapEx planning and governance
• own finance master data policies and controls
• lead and develop a team of three.
