What you'll do

• Perform light HVAC repairs and routine filter maintenance
• maintain dealership buildings and grounds
• maintain parking lots and markings
• complete minor plumbing and drain repairs
• perform general repairs and preventive maintenance
• identify facility issues
• organize maintenance and storage areas
• assist with snow removal and salting.
