The role owns new product introduction for low- and medium-voltage power distribution products, guiding designs from concept through production release. It coordinates engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain work so products become manufacturable, certified, and ready for stable production.

What you'll do

• Own NPI plans and stage gates
• lead design-for-manufacturability reviews
• coordinate certification and listing
• develop production routings, work instructions, tooling requirements, and quality criteria
• lead pilot builds
• qualify suppliers
• maintain cost models, schedules, risks, and executive dashboard inputs
• coordinate production handoffs.
