What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic tests including visual acuity, OCT, IOL Master, autorefraction, auto lensometry, Icare tonometry, visual fields, and topography
• answer patient and family phone inquiries
• schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• greet patients and notify technicians when patients arrive
• verify insurance information and eligibility
• maintain accurate patient demographics in the EHR
• travel to other locations as scheduled.
