What you'll do

• Perform home maintenance and repair projects
• lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians
• communicate with customers and manage expectations onsite
• uphold standards of professionalism, reliability, and customer care
• ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across projects. Projects may include bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical within scope.
