What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
• serve meals and assist with feeding and nourishment
• support ambulation, turning, and positioning
• monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output
• respond to call lights and requests
• report changes in condition
• document care and observations
• uphold privacy and dignity
• comply with regulations and facility guidelines
• maintain CNA certification through educational opportunities.
