What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate and real estate finance transactions
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, leases, easements, licenses, CC&Rs, development agreements, property management agreements, and related documents. Conduct due diligence and assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects. Collaborate with partners and clients
• mid-level and senior associates may manage transactions, mentor junior attorneys, and oversee project teams.
