What you'll do

• Enter orders accurately in Oracle
• coordinate scheduling and delivery across plant sites
• answer product questions and inbound customer calls
• handle claims, account reconciliation, and transactions
• communicate with appropriate functions
• learn the assigned commercial or industrial product line
• and prepare quotations to support outside sales.
