Senior Software Engineer

• Lead an engineering squad through Agile planning, development, deployment, support, and retrospectives
• work with Product Management to analyze requirements and design solutions
• create technical requirements and architecture artifacts
• lead testing modernization
• conduct design and code reviews while contributing code
• assess squad performance and follow up on improvements
• collaborate with architects and engineers.
