Home Health Aide (HHA) — Morning Two-Hour Shift

The Home Health Aide (HHA) role is onsite in York, SC, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, providing two hours of daily assistance. Pay is $12–$14 per hour. The aide supports an older client so she can remain in her residence. The role provides personal care, companionship, and household support according to an established plan of care. Assistance with daily activities and occasional nearby errands helps the client maintain safety and support at home.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, skin and back care, shampooing, oral hygiene, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, safe use of equipment and assistive devices, repositioning, and toileting
• provide companionship and respite for family
• provide standby transfer assistance for a client at risk of falls
• occasionally transport the client for errands within a five-mile radius, about once a week.
