By coordinating staffing, payroll, front-desk activities, cleanliness, and maintenance, the role helps the club operate safely and consistently.

What you'll do

• Assist the Club Manager
• recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• schedule staff and ensure shift coverage
• process payroll and personnel paperwork
• address employee concerns and maintain staff files
• support member check-in, sign-ups, tours, and inquiries
• track reports and daily balances
• oversee facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
• manage cleaning-supply and retail inventory
• support opening and closing
• respond to emergency medical situations and complete accident reports.
