Project Coordinator

Job overview

The Project Coordinator role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $28.85–$33 per hour. Swanson Rink designs mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and technology infrastructure for data centers, airports, and other complex buildings. The coordinator assists project managers and project engineers with day-to-day project management activities. By organizing documentation, agreements, and deliverables, the role helps project teams keep information accurate and work moving to schedule.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project documentation, including specifications, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents
• edit reports for clarity and presentation
• process sub-consultant agreements and change orders
• help establish, issue, and track project deliverables
• provide day-of-deliverable support
• audit project directories for compliance with company standards.

Why this role

Training and mentoring are provided; prior experience is not required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is required, as is a valid Colorado driver’s license and safe driving record for occasional deliveries or pickups.
