What you'll do

• Lead commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff to closeout
• develop schedules, resource plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies
• track budgets, labor costs, productivity, and financial performance
• coordinate procurement
• communicate with clients, consultants, vendors, and trade partners
• collaborate with field and operations teams
• manage project meetings, documents, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contracts
• address risks and delays
• monitor subcontractor and supplier performance
• mentor team members
• promote safety
• oversee commissioning, closeout, and customer handoff.
