What you'll do

• Manage provider enrollments, revalidations, demographic updates, terminations, and maintenance across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans
• submit and track applications
• follow up with payers
• maintain provider data in payer portals, CAQH, credentialing systems, and tracking tools
• support delegated credentialing and audits
• monitor metrics and compliance
• coordinate licensing and credential records
• communicate requirements and timelines to providers.
