What you'll do

• Track scheduled work and open work orders
• mentor, train, and provide input on hiring and terminations
• make day-to-day operational decisions
• monitor procedures and customer interactions

• approve technician time entries
• report daily billing totals
• manage purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor invoices
• encourage process improvements
• support senior management.
