What you'll do

• Coordinate client treatment and provide ongoing counseling
• assess therapy needs and develop treatment plans
• diagnose clients and complete required assessments and program paperwork
• maintain patient records according to clinic protocols
• attend case conferences
• maintain knowledge of community resources and make referrals
• be available to perform Behavioral Health Program Manager duties during absences
• assess suicidality and make appropriate referrals.
